Meditation can be an incredibly beneficial practice, for women 50+, offering numerous physical, mental, and emotional advantages, especially during life transitions such as menopause, retirement, or changes in family dynamics. At this stage, meditation can provide a sense of peace, reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and enhance overall well-being.

At first might be difficult to concentrate, thoughts will rise and distract you, you might also feel bored and it’s ABSOLUTELY NORMAL, we all have been there. For that reason, I’ve created short sessions for every level and especially for you the busy woman who wants to fit meditation in your daily routine.

By incorporating meditation in your everyday life, you can cultivate a greater sense of well-being, peace, and connection, improving both your mental and physical health as you navigate the changes and challenges of this life stage.
